Volunteer for Our Food Festival

Thank you so much for considering volunteering! Your hard work is the key to the success of Shalom Y'All Jewish Food Festival and is definitely appreciated.

Note: This year's Shalom Y'All Jewish Food Festival will be held in Monterey Square. It will be open to the public from 11am until 4pm on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

The two main shifts for volunteers on the event day are:

Shift A: 10am-1:30pm

Shift B: 1:30pm-5:00pm.

Some shifts are different because of the nature of the booth or task. Booth coordinators may alter shift times at their discretion. There is only one shift at the beer booth and it starts later and ends earlier than those above. And the set-up and tear-down crews are on different shifts, before and after the actual event.

We also need volunteers in the days leading up to the Food Festival and on the following day.
