Welcome to the “on the go” portion of the website for the historic Congregation Mickve Israel, which has been designed to provide basic information at your fingertips. 

Mickve Israel is an active Reform synagogue.  We hope that you will join us for worship services, take a tour of our historic sanctuary and museum and/or visit our Judaica Shop.

Worship with Us:  Everyone is welcome!  Friday night services are held in sanctuary at 6 pm except during the summer when they are held at various locations at 6:30 pm.  Saturday morning services are held at 11 am in our sanctuary and are followed by a Kiddush lunch.

Learn about Savannah’s Jewish History:  Tours of our historic sanctuary and museum last approximately 30 to 40 minutes and are held during the week from 10 am until 12:30 pm and again from 2 pm until 3:30 pm on Monday through Friday.  Please note that we are closed on Jewish holidays and some secular holidays.   

Our Judaica Shop which has many unique Jewish Savannah items is open from 10 am until 1 pm and again from 2 until 4 pm during the week.
